Dr. Steph helps active adults who are frustrated with feeling limited by pain or injury know exactly what to do to confidently move their bodies with joy and peace.
Starting in high school, she struggled for years with knee and neck pain that would come and go. It wasn’t until she became a physical therapist that she learned the real cause of the problem was never fixed…that’s why her pain kept coming back.
Her goal is to make sure no one else experiences the fear that they will never do the activities they love again or that their bodies will give out on them. She wants to give people the confidence that their bodies will stay strong for life.
As a busy mom, she understands that time is precious and is most efficiently spent getting to the real cause of the problem. That way you can feel amazing and also have more time and energy to spend with the people you love, doing the things you love.

I have always been passionate about health and wellness, encouraging others, and understanding how mechanical systems work. Physical therapy for me has been a perfect blend of those!
In 2023, I graduated from The Ohio State University with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. That same year, I was certified through Herman and Wallace for women’s pelvic health. Because of this, some of my favorite areas of the body to treat are the pelvis, hips, rib cage and lower back.
I have an affinity for using manual therapy as I believe that one of the best tools a physical therapist can utilize is his or her hands. At the end of the day, I am passionate about helping clients feel their best and maintain a healthy lifestyle. My goal for every client is to leave them feeling empowered with the strength, mobility, confidence, and tools they need to go out and live well!
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hiking at Alum Creek with my husband, staying active with weightlifting and yoga, serving with the children’s ministry at church and exploring all of the many delicious restaurants Columbus has to offer.
